Our house cleaning services focus on the spaces you use every day. We clean kitchen countertops and sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers; dust reachable surfaces; and vacuum and mop floors as appropriate.

House Cleaning Questions
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No — you don’t have to be home.
Most customers provide safe entry instructions (lockbox code, keypad code, dog-free room, or a spare key) when they book. Our teams follow your access and security instructions and will lock up when finished. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too — just let us know when booking.
If you have special access or security requirements, mention them when you book or call so we can confirm procedures and ensure a smooth visit.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?
You don’t need to buy or give us access to supplies or equipment — we bring everything needed to do the job. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible. If you have special requests (unscented products, fragrance-free cleaning, or using your own supplies/equipment), indicate them when booking or call us to confirm.
Will you send the same maids each time?
We prefer to send the same team so they learn the best way to care for your home. If a team member can’t make your appointment, we’ll provide a qualified substitute to ensure service stays on schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
To protect our cleaners’ schedules and income, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will apply. This fee is paid directly to the cleaner who prepared for your appointment.
Do you require contracts?
No contracts required. At Groovy Maids, we believe lasting relationships are built on consistent quality and trust — not paperwork. You’re free to book one time or on a recurring schedule, and we’ll keep earning your business every visit.
How is my payment information protected?
Absolutely.
Once you have entered your credit card information into the booking form or have a representative enter it for you, the data is no longer viewable, even to Groovy Maids’ staff.
Only the last four digits of the credit card number show anywhere in our system.
What should I do if the cleaning missed something or I’m not satisfied?
If something was missed or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We stand behind our work and will return to correct the issue at no extra charge.
For small items you’d simply like us to note, you can call, email, or leave a note for your team before their next visit.
We appreciate the heads-up—communication helps us avoid repeating mistakes. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume everything was satisfactory.
